Drivebuys® Cost-of-Living Relief Program

The Drivebuys® Cost-of-Living Relief Program (the “Program”) provides eligible users with savings on petrol or household electricity bills. All benefits are fully funded by independent third-party participating businesses (“Sponsors”) through structured commercial arrangements.

By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Program is available to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who register a Drivebuys® account and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Additional eligibility criteria may apply to specific campaigns, offers, or pilot phases.

2. Funding Source

All savings, rebates, fuel discounts or electricity credits are 100% funded by participating third-party businesses via the Drivebuys® platform.

Savings are not government funded.

Availability and value of benefits may vary depending on:

• The number and type of active Sponsors
• Campaign budgets and allocations
• Transaction volumes
• Geographic rollout
• Consumer participation levels
• Partnership structures

3. Nature and Scope of Savings

Eligible users may receive cost-of-living relief in the form of:

• Petrol discounts, capped at a maximum of 50 litres per eligible transaction (or tank), OR
• Electricity bill relief based on an equivalent monetary value to the fuel discount.

Any “up to” savings figures represent maximum potential values and are not guaranteed.

The applicable value per litre (or equivalent electricity rebate amount) will be clearly stated at the time of reward issuance and may vary by campaign or Program phase.

4. Redemption Process

To qualify and redeem rewards:

• Users must complete eligible actions (such as purchases, signups, referrals, or other qualifying activities) as specified within the Drivebuys® platform.
• Once qualified, users will receive confirmation of their reward via email and/or in-app notification.
• Fuel vouchers may be redeemed at participating petrol stations, subject to partner participation.
• Electricity rebates or credits may require submission of a recent electricity bill via a secure portal for processing and verification.
• Additional verification steps may apply.

5. Caps, Limits and Expiry

• Petrol rewards are capped at a maximum of 50 litres per voucher.
• Electricity rebates are capped at the same monetary value as the corresponding fuel discount.
• Redemptions are limited to one reward per qualifying action unless otherwise stated.
• All vouchers or rebates must be redeemed within the stated validity period (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified).
• Caps, limits and eligibility criteria may vary by campaign, region, or pilot phase.

6. Program Availability and Modification

The Program may be offered on a limited-time, pilot, phased, or regional basis.

Drivebuys® reserves the right to amend, suspend, modify, or discontinue the Program (in whole or in part) at any time at its sole discretion.

Program structure, launch timing, and availability remain subject to final commercial agreements and regulatory compliance requirements.

7. Misuse and Revocation

Fraudulent activity, misuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
• Cancellation or forfeiture of rewards
• Loss of eligibility to participate

Drivebuys® reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action where misuse is suspected.

8. Third-Party Responsibility

Drivebuys® does not guarantee the availability, performance, or service quality of participating Sponsors, petrol stations, electricity retailers, or other third-party providers.

All interactions with third-party businesses and utility providers are solely between the user and those parties.

Drivebuys® is not liable for pricing fluctuations, fuel availability, electricity tariff changes, or external market conditions.

9. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial product advice, investment advice, an offer of securities, or a binding commercial commitment.

All savings are indicative only and subject to final commercial and operational arrangements.

10. Changes to Terms

Drivebuys® reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and take effect immediately upon posting.
